Generally, ozone sterilization is better in an environment with low temperatures and high humidity. The disinfection time should be according to the size of the cleanroom and the cleanliness requirements. Although ozone disinfection has its advantages, it is difficult to remove microorganisms on the surface of objects effectively. Ozone has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, and low economic cost, but it also stimulates the human body.

Electrostatic adsorption disinfection method

Electrostatic adsorption uses a high concentration of cations to adsorb negatively charged bacteria in the air, but the particle diameter size is closely related to the removal effect. The electrostatic adsorption method is not harmful to the human body. It is perfect for the production process of the clean workshop of the food company. It overcomes the disadvantages of ultraviolet disinfection, fumigation, and ozone disinfection. Still, this sterilization method is also not suitable for food cleaning workshops with high temperatures and high humidity.

Aerosol spray disinfection

The cleanroom disinfection technology mainly uses aerosol sprays to disinfect the air and the surface of the workshop items. Common disinfectants include peracetic acid, quaternary ammonium salts, or hydrogen peroxide. This kind of disinfection method is also the disinfection of chemical substances with strong toxicity and irritation, and chemical substances will remain in the food. Therefore it is not suitable for food workshops.
